“LTC Pharmacy at Home” recognition.
We’ve worked closely with CMS to obtain better cost of goods for our members who care for the growing LTC Pharmacy at Home patient population. We also continue to expand our network of Medicare Part D payers who recognize and commensurately reimburse LTC pharmacies serving them.
Who are LTC Pharmacy at Home patients?
These are community-dwelling adults and children who have functional and/or medical impairments that prevent them from leaving their homes independently, and who need assistance with activities of daily living. For better outcomes, they need pharmacy services like those provided at LTC facilities.
Do your patients qualify?
If you operate a closed-door or retail “combo” pharmacy, ask us if any of your serviced patients meet the qualifications for LTC Pharmacy at Home recognition and enhanced reimbursement.
