Contract Pricing Portfolio

A complimentary tool from GeriMed, this Windows-based program allows members to view contracted items in a variety of formats. Information is updated daily and can be found in the Members Only section.

FormularyPro

Member pharmacies can navigate products on formulary with each of the Medicare Part D PDP and MA-PD plans. Members can see which drugs are on formulary. If a drug is not there, they can see drugs in the same therapeutic class. Pharmacies and caregivers can also enter medications from a patient’s profile to determine which plan is the best for the patient.

GeriMed Profiles

This frequently updated software assists consultants in providing the patient with a complete medication management review. It’s especially useful when inputting data while reviewing charts in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. It has extensive reporting tools and clinical algorithms on pertinent geriatric disease states. A hospice care module is also available.
